Recovered Missing Customers and Vendors Names of My QuickBooks File

I am working as an accountant with a small hardware company. Here, I have to maintain the list of customers, vendors, as well as maintain records for bills and bill payments. To do all this quickly and easily, I use QuickBooks software. In past one year of my working on this tool, I never felt uncomfortable as it has user friendly interface and easily understandable features. However, another day after upgrading my QuickBooks2009 to QuickBooks2011, I encountered a very strange problem. After upgrading when I opened QuickBooks company file found that names of customers and vendors were missing from it. Worried! I restarted the QuickBooks application but with no luck as the issue didn’t resolve and names of vendor and customer lists were missing even then.

Furiously, I started searching over the internet for some resolution to rectify the issue. My search to get some efficient solution to solve the issue made me understand that the problem occurred due to damage in QuickBooks file and thus I have to perform QuickBooks repair. Further, in my search, I found that rebuilding of data can do the job but that too didn’t work in my case. Thus, I revised my search for some third-party tool which can help me to get back my data and I got lucky that time. There are third-party tools available online which can repair corrupt or inaccessible QuickBooks database files and recover critical information stored in them. Since, there were too many tools available online to solve this purpose so initially I got confused to get the one.

I have gone through various forums, blogs, posts, etc in order to get the most reliable tool out of that long list and found that Stellar Phoenix Recovery of QuickBooks is one of the best tools to do the job successfully. The software repairs QuickBooks file and recovers all the financial information pertaining to customers, vendors, employees, etc. However, to analyze this software, I initially downloaded the free demo version of the software. The demo version of the software only provides the preview of the recoverable items and gives the gist of the working of the software. Thus, getting fully satisfied by the demo version, I purchased the license of the software which bears an affordable cost.

Form the full version of the software I repaired my QuickBooks company file and recovered all the missing data. Another advantageous feature which I found in the software is the software provides the option to select QuickBooks file from desired location. In addition the software is compatible with Windows 7, Vista, Server2003, XP, 2000, and NT and is designed to support QuickBooks Simple Start, Premier Pro, and Enterprise Solution Editions.
